When I first started looking for rehab programs I was very picky about where I wanted to go, due to a very bad experience at a Florida rehab. I looked for days and looked at probably 50 different places. This is one of the last I looked at. I read every single review and checked every single rating. I ended up calling and talked to a guy named Matt. He was super nice and very helpful, so I decided to give it a try. To say I am glad I did is an understatement. I left my home town and traveled almost all the way across the country. When I arrived, I was greeted by the nicest people I have ever met. I have been helped in every way possible and have been made to feel at home. I would have never imagined a drug rehab being this nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable with my therapist. I felt like I could talk to him and release all my problems to him to be fixed, and I trusted he would make it happen. All the Techs are great people and would do anything for me and anyone else in the house. I think it is very cool that they all are involved in the process. They all teach classes and any one of them would answer any question to the best of their ability. Even the chefs are involved in the process and they all conduct very good and helpful groups. The doc and the director also have very, very helpful groups and teach a lot about how to stay sober. It really helps to have a doctor that knows the struggle and ways around it. The rec. therapist is also very helpful, and I always looked forward to learning more about how to implement her strategies into my recovery. To say the least, this is an awesome place to be during such a hard process.
